Might want to get some management that cares about returning customers in a locally owned and operated establishment. What a shame.
The taste and quality of food at the Pekin Illinois store has gone down, since the reopen after Covid. I'm not sure if they are using a different vendor since the reopen. But their classic one of a kind Chili Mac and Chili taste completely different now. I have given it a second chance multiple times, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. Sadly, I wont be returning again, which is very sad. I have been going here since I was a kid. Hoping something changes and they listen...read full review
