“Last week I was the recipient of a German Chocolate cake. Sadly for $60.00 it was dry and inedible. I called to express our disappointment and the person who came to the phone after I asked for the manager said we didn't allow the cake to thaw long enough. I know the difference between frozen and dry. The cake had several hours to thaw before the time it was cut and presented after dinner. We were finally offered a gift certificate upon returning the remaining cake, but the person who bought it wasn't thrilled with the idea of getting more disappointing items, so it was discarded and we will never patronize them again. They have definitely gone downhill and it doesn't take long to see there are several complaints similar to mine. You're better off going to Costco or Sam's Club for a decent cake and it would be cheaper too!“

“Came for appetizers and drinks and ended up having a great time. The atmosphere was super nice, and the breadsticks were the best. Our server, Clara, was really great. She was very welcoming and attentive. The service was quality thanks to Clara. Overall, 10/10 experience, and will be coming back.“

Prices are very reasonable. I tried the cherry crepes kijafa today and I would highly recommend them. I highly recommend this restaurant as well!“

As well as sweets, they have a lovely menu for a quick and healthy lunch while on the go or for a quaint sit and bite. “I get take out from Express Wok a lot. The food is GOOD and the prices are not outrageous. I like their Garlic Chicken, their Beef Broccoli, and their Won Ton Soup. They are often open until 9pm which is good, too. They cook up food fresh. (Some places cook up food early in the day and just warm it up--which you can taste and it's not great!). The lady at the register is nice. I think she may be co-owner or part of a family ownership. The atmosphere is a bit standard with booths that have the plastic-y type curved benches, not padded benches, that's why I gave a 4/5 in that area. I really like this place.“

“BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. My son and I came in today before a Dr. appt. As we were boxing up our pizza I biffed and dropped half of it on the floor. Immediately our waitress came over and said she was going to get a fresh one to go because of my accident!!! Amazing customer service. She definitely didn’t need to that because it was my fault!! “I visit Monicals once during the week for lunch with some of my colleagues from work. The store is well managed and the woman who works lunch taking orders and bringing the food and drinks out to the tables is friendly and has come to know our faces and what we typically order! We always have great service and definitely come back weekly for the atmosphere, speediness and quality!“

“O my goodness I won 2-10 in gluten free crusts pizzas on a Facebook post. Thank you thank you! My sister and I whom I tagged to win in the post, went for lunch on Halloween and had 2 amazing pizzas!! And amazing cold beers with many choices of beer. The barbecue chicken and one with homemade sausage were both so delicious and the gf crust was amazing! The waiter was such a friendly, happy chap that we so enjoyed visiting with. “I recently stopped in to pick up a rice krispy I had orderd through the app with a birthday reward. When I got there I was told they were out of the item I chose. The manager was great and stepped in to tell me I could come back tomorrow to pick one up so I didn't lose my reward. She was so kind to help make my birthday a good one with Noodles& Co's delicious rice krispies. Great food, even greater service!“

“It has been a while since I've eat at a Noodles and Company. Peoria location was clean, service was fast. I remember more choices on previous visits. Only negative was the coke freestyle machine was out of several flavors for coke zero.
