Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:12pm. We did not receive our food until 7:35pm. Everyone was goofing off except for one cook trying her hardest to push out orders. 3 cooks and only 1 was truly working.
One of our meals was made incorrectly. They asked for it to be made again. After 10 minutes of it not being made, the man at the front asked the cooks to make it again. The cook said “Oh, I forgot.” Another 5 minutes goes by and they had to ask her for it again....read full review
I have ordered from this location a few times. Today my family and I picked up our order. Sometimes they miss a Rice Krispie or a milk. But this time they missed my entire bowl, like the whole thing. It used not be a big deal, but now we live 20 mins + away from that area of town. So I called the store, the young lady on the phone admitted she “just didn’t put the order in”.
