I waited 5 plus minutes they had nothing but unsalted and cinnamon I said what I wanted was willing to pay and wait she said it would be 10 minutes and said I could not pre order I literally seen pretzels come out of the oven and she once again said I could only have unsalted so will not ever go to that place again

I ordered a small cinnamon sugar because it's available on the shelf. I paid already for it and waited at the counter because I haven't received my order yet. They asked me what I need, told them I don't have my order yet. They thought they already gave it to me but the senior staff combined the small one to a regular size. Asked me to wait for 8mim when they can just give me the one from the shelf earlier.

Pretty crazy that I have went to a pretzel places multiple times in the last cpl of months and every time I try NO PRETZELS. Ridiculous.

The employees at this Auntie Anne's were so nice. I complemented Bree on a stacking christmas present decoration and she told me I could have it! I thought that was so sweet and kind. Thank you Bree! Oh and the cinnamon nuggets were sooo good!

When open time says a specific time then that time should be followed, customers shouldn't be told "when the lights come on is when we're open". The lack of ambition to work truly shows.

Pre ordered 3 buckets for an 11:45 pick up. Finally got my third bucket at 12:30. My team of high school kids missed their lunch break. Staff was extremely rude and made no effort to expedite my already late order. Not the first time we have had bad service at this location. It will be the last time though.
