The food is tasteless. I ordered 6 ribs,baked beans,and Collard Greens. The ribs were steamed not smoked the worst I have ever tasted,the beans were awfull,and the greens tasteless and all the food was cold! I ate a little and threw the rest in the trash! I have no idea how they stay in business!
I live 20 minutes away from this place 20 minutes imagine you drive 20 minutes to a restaurant just because you know that it's black also you're trying to support your own people I drive there order my food it's a 8 year old taking my order I don't even mind that the kid is in there taking my order my order has never been wrong at this place I get home and realize they left out my fries so I go back and I tell them hey you left out my fries can you just remake this order for me...read full review
I decided to stop by the restaurant because I could smell the food in the mall. It smells so good. I had to try it. I got the pulled chicken, collard greens, macaroni and cheese and let’s not forget the sweet potatoes. The chicken was moist. The collard greens were seasoned the mac & cheese was Fresh warm and cheesy and oh yeah let’s not forget the sweet potatoes brought me back to how my grandma used to make them on Sunday afternoon after church so I would recommend this...read full review
