The first time I went to Baskins Robbins was a good experience. The guy hand packed my Black walnut ice cream just right. The second time I went a different guy waited on me. He hand packed my ice cream just right but when i ask him for a second quart of a different ice cream he stated they had it pre packed, I told him twice I didn't want it that way . He kept repeating they had it prepacked. I said forget it just check me out. He then preceded to put another customers order in a sack but turn my order upside down and slid it to me but didn't offer me a sack. Customer and clerk were both white I'm black. Went again 10/15/23 for a qt of hand pack black walnut ice cream, noticed clerk was not hand packing ice cream and I brought it to his attention. He stated he was going to I turned around and the next thing I heard was your order is ready I ask him did he hand pack the ice cream he stated he did I told him no he didn't I told him I will never buy ice cream from them again, the container wasn't even full.

this mf store is literally never open. they have workers in the stores every time and yet they always keep the store closed no matter what time of day
Took about 15 minutes to get to the window with one car in front of us the whole time and then left after another 15 of waiting for someone to take our order.

I went to pick up an order at 9:15pm and the store had a sign that stated they were closed. The store hrs listed are not correct. The drive thru had several cars in at because everyone thought this store was still open. Very unprofessional!

I used to love this location but they keep getting worse. I order a single large oreo milkshake and the last 2 times it's been terrible. This time I had to go back in because it wasn't the right size. I get the right size and it's coffee..COFFEE I hate coffee. My receipt says milkshake not coffee. I'm just so fed up I drove away. I'm not returning.
