Brienzo's Wood Fired Pizza

Came for appetizers and drinks and ended up having a great time. The atmosphere was super nice, and the breadsticks were the best. Our server, Clara, was really great. She was very welcoming and attentive. The service was quality thanks to Clara. Overall, 10/10 experience, and will be coming back.

We had a great Friday date night at Brienzo’s! We arrived around 5:15 with no reservations and were seated right away at a high top table near the bar. Dayna our server, was extremely attentive to our needs, gave menu suggestions and was very friendly. We had the Bianca pizza and Garlic Parmesan wings, a glass of wine and beer ending our meal with strawberry cheesecake and birthday cake gelato for dessert. It was a delicious meal with a fun Friday night atmosphere! We will be back soon!

We were here for dinner, ordered buffalo ranch pizza and spinach artichoke panini. The panini was too salty and chips came along with it were too salty too. It was in its prime about a year or 2 ago. I found some of their pizzas to be too salty and thought it was just an anomaly but this time I let the server know and she didn’t do anything about it.

My husband and I stopped there for lunch and loved the individual pizzas that we ordered...so good! But I do have to take issue with the bill: first, I asked if I could have "regular" Italian sausage on mine instead of the "spicy" version in the description and was told I could. I was surprised then when a $1.90 upcharge was added to the bill for the regular sausage. The waitress said that the regular sausage was considered an "add on". She neglected to mention this when I ordered. I don't see why substituting one type of sausage for another should be an extra charge. To whoever at the restaurant reads this, please explain. Second, a 3% service charge was automatically added to the bill. When I asked about this I was told it was their fee for credit card transactions. That's fine, but we always pay cash and feel like the restaurant was hoping that we wouldn't notice it. It may not be intended, but it just feels sneaky. Other establishments that we frequent that do also have the 3% surcharge, post signage indicating that policy or list their policy on the bill. Neither was done that we could see. An otherwise pleasant dining experience at this restaurant ended on a very sour note.

No quality control. The beer cheese breadsticks are good, but only if you eat them in the restaurant. If you try to order out, its like they forget how to make them. Order out and the breadsticks will either be burnt and tiny, or burnt and stretched super thin.

Amazing first visit! Everything we ordered was delicious. Garlic cheese bread, Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza, garlic parm wings, and The Milano panini. Our server, Ryan A, was very polite, attentive and professional. The manager (or possibly owner) came over and made sure we enjoyed our visit. Watching the team work together so seamlessly was beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

Omg this place is so amazing and I am so pleased I chose it from reddit reviews. The best pizza we've had in years and such a fun ambience. Great staff and super fast. The quality and simplicity is just so special. We got the pesto chicken panini and several pizzas. Even the side salad was impressive. The bar and beer selections are great!
