I've only ever had one thing and that was a pizza that my GF ordered for me. It was really good, but not good enough for the price. I know companies have to make money and what not but honestly the pizza was way too small for the price that was paid. Regardless it was still good.

I just left the establishment at Grand Prairie and stood there for 20 minutes with the staff obviously avoiding me. They would walk by and not say “please wait” or “we are preparing a table”. The staff here is notoriously unwelcoming because it does get very busy, but a simple gesture goes along way. I’ve never had this issue with the Peoria Hts. location.

Amazing food but at a truly terrible price. Easy to tell interest is in making $$$. If you're willing to pay a serious premium then this is great food. If you want something more sensible, go just down the road.

The delivery service they offer, picked up my food, cancelled my order and stole my food. Called brienzos and the guy on the phone said they not responsible because it was a “third party”.

I ordered pizza from Brienzo's, and had it delivered. The delivery person arrived at my doorstep with a bag from Olive Garden. He didn't speak English and had no idea the difference between Olive Garden and Brienzo's. I had to call Brienzo's twice to get my money back. My husband and I had to find dinner after 8pm, after waiting for pizza for an hour. Never again with Brienzo's!

I cannot recommend this place anymore to anyone that has dairy or gluten allergies. Even though the menu online has the options for celiac allergy and NO cheese, no butter, I've sent in now 3 orders that the pizzas came either made with normal crust or had cheese or butter when those options SPECIFICALLY were checked for no cheese, no buttered crust, and GF crust. This is ESSENTIAL that these simple instructions be followed and every single time they have been dismissed and a simple refund/remake has been the answer. I cannot trust this business even when I call ahead and tell them to look out for my order to be sure to follow it and they still screw it up? How much more can I hold your hand? Do better.

Brienzo’s Pizza is awesome! The gluten-free crust is surprisingly delicious, and the service is super friendly. The restaurant looks great too, with nice aesthetic touches that make it feel cozy. Definitely worth a visit!

It really wasnt very busy, but everything took FOREVER. waited atleast 40 minutes just for some breadsticks..they tasted alright. Waited forever for drink refills & even those didnt taste right. The pizza wasnt the worst ive ever had...but I couldn't get past the overpowering flour taste. The crust was so thin and floury. They're definitely over priced for the quality. We will not be returning.
