Chipotle Mexican Grill

Unfortunately this is the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve given it many chances and the last 2 times the chicken has tasted 2 days old, very mushy, and tendonous. I had to spit it out. Somehow the food is cold even though they scoop it out of heated bowls. Service is hit or miss, some staff seem like they are in another world or they were never trained. Today the sugar packets and straw bowls were covered in water and ice as if nobody cleans up. Also the door handles constantly fall off or the doors are so hard to open it’s like pushing a 50lb lead gate.

There was this Hispanic who was kinda mean mugging when we walked in, tall, big guy with a little facial hair, and when we got up to the counter he just started at us no “hey what can I get for you” just stared.

Good food, and they weren't too stingy with the portions, just don't be afraid to speak up on the portion sizee age ask for more, but al things considered, it was still a goof experience.

If you can, go to the one across the river. It's obvious the management does not care about this place. It's understaffed, and the staff are undertrained, resulting in slow service and a messy environment. So slow. Waited forever

I don’t complain about orders from places in Peoria very often, but I feel like I could have received better food from Taco Bell than what I got from Chipotle tonight. I ordered a steak quesadilla with onions and peppers. I don’t believe I got steak, the meat inside looks more like dark chicken or pork. I also had no onions or peppers. Just dry meat and cheese. I also had ordered brown rice, fresh tomato salsa, & sour cream as sides and received none. I got a side of white rice. I also added an order of guacamole to go with the queso blanco and chips I ordered, that wasn’t there either. I spent $30 and all it did was remind me why I never eat chipotle 😂

I highly suggest avoiding this location, and wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering here to save myself the trouble.
I got delivery, and part of the issue I had with my order was due to DoorDash, but Chipotle's so-called customer service was terrible, so it warrants warning other potential customers.
Not only was my expensive delivery meal 30 minutes late, but the driver failed to deliver it to the correct door as instructed, and I didn't give me part of my order. The food was ice cold and there was barely any chicken in it at all. My entree was pretty much a bowl of frozen rice with a sprinkling of toppings and greens.
I contacted Chipotle customer service immediately and told them my issue. They offered me a coupon. I declined and said that I wanted the portion of my missing order refunded, and the customer service rep refused, claiming that he couldn't give me my money back, and then offered a BOGO coupon.
I asked why he thought it was appropriate to try to "make things right" by making me spend more money at Chipotle after they screwed up my order. I got a blasé answer of, "Sorry we can't make you happy, but you're not getting your money back and now we're not offering you anything and we're marking this as closed." (I'm paraphrasing, but that was the gist.)
So, Chipotle screwed up my order, delivered late, cold food to the wrong area, failed to deliver an item that I PAID FOR, and then refused to give me a refund for it, thereby stealing from me.
The food was NOT worth this drama. I will certainly never patronize this store again, and I urge caution to anyone else considering ordering from Chipotle.

the little short guy on his first T cycle needs to chill out and stop roid raging on customers and people picking up orders. he had multiple customers commenting on how rude he was within the 5 minutes i was there.

We have been to this chipotle several times most recently last night. They have salad on the menu but never salad dressing. The staff is rude and the music last night was full of profanity and loud. This is not a family friendly or well stocked restaurant or well run for that matter.

I placed an order online. While waiting for someone to hand me my food the cashier tells a man out loud “ Your card declined”.. I had second hand embarrassment for him. After waiting 5 mins they hand me the bag. I had to check to make sure 2 bowls were in there .. I got extra everything and literally didn’t get any of it. My son said he was still hungry. I refuse to place any more money in this location. Horrible customer service and I’m spending a small fortune for food that will still requires me to cook when done eating
