Chipotle Mexican Grill

First off I absolutely want to say they need to make the cilantro lime sauce a staple here. It's absolutely a game changer! I don't eat at Chipotle very often but this place is the one I go to the most often. The staff seems so quiet and just expects you to say what you want instead of asking if you want stuff. Was never told have a nice day or anything just took money and off I go. The place could use a better cleaning as when I went there yesterday it was kinda dirty. Overall if you know what you want and you are taking it to go you should be good.

First and last time I will eat here. I had ordered me a bowl. And they put very little rice little meat and other toppings ice cold definitely not worth it. Now I understand why everyone was telling me not too go here. And definitely won’t be going back!

This store is absolutely awful with customer service and serving people. We waited 10 minutes in a line of 8 people while one guys cooked the whole time and a few were doing online orders. There was also 5 people waiting in line for online orders. No words said to anyone. They need to turn off the online to actually serve people promptly in person. Every time I’m here I’m waiting way too long. We came from Davenport where they are very efficient and timely and actually friendly. Management or employees need to get better or better trained. The food is fine if they haven’t ran out of anything.

I waited 35 minutes for some little order of DoorDash, The service is shit, the cashier lasted about 15 or 20 minutes chatting with some customers while I was waiting for an order that they hadn't even started to make

The rice was under cooked and crunchy and the staff on the line seemed high they moved slowly and responded/reacted slowly I asked if they had something they nodded after a couple seconds and said yeah I got to the pos and was told they didn't have it by someone who seemed more present

Best meal l have had. l had the chicken bowl w/brown rice, pinto beans, onions, green peppers & tomatoes it had just the amount of spice. Absolutely delicious!

Unfortunately this is the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve given it many chances and the last 2 times the chicken has tasted 2 days old, very mushy, and tendonous. I had to spit it out. Somehow the food is cold even though they scoop it out of heated bowls. Service is hit or miss, some staff seem like they are in another world or they were never trained. Today the sugar packets and straw bowls were covered in water and ice as if nobody cleans up. Also the door handles constantly fall off or the doors are so hard to open it’s like pushing a 50lb lead gate.

There was this Hispanic who was kinda mean mugging when we walked in, tall, big guy with a little facial hair, and when we got up to the counter he just started at us no “hey what can I get for you” just stared.

Good food, and they weren't too stingy with the portions, just don't be afraid to speak up on the portion sizee age ask for more, but al things considered, it was still a goof experience.

If you can, go to the one across the river. It's obvious the management does not care about this place. It's understaffed, and the staff are undertrained, resulting in slow service and a messy environment. So slow. Waited forever
