This was the 4th time I've come into the store and had a terrible customer experience. The employees are too occupied with their friends running around the store. Employees acted as though we were a burden as soon as we stepped foot in the door. They were on their phones instead of helping us. A freezer was down and a sign said ice cream may be soft. The employee, specifically the male with curly hair was exceptionally rude. He said he couldn't serve us due to the freezer issue yet the sign saying the ice cream could be soft. We walked out without ordering anything.

I definitely had the worst experience here today, walked in and it was just my fiancé and I there. One of the girls that acknowledged us was very nice and professional however a younger male employee with brown curly hair was the devil of customer service. He was rushing us in a bare empty store and then proceeded to pick up his phone and talk to one of his friends clearly, he was talking so loud and very obnoxiously. It went from a good time to it’s too late I have to pay. Such a bad experience, not sure why he was talking super unprofessionally and had an attitude the entirety of serving us when all we came in for was a damn ice cream cone.

Today i came into the store about 20 mins before close. I was greeted with an amzing attitude and recieved amazing customer service from edison, omar, kevin and ali. Not only were they cooperative they gave me an amazing experience, iwill be coming back!

This is some of the best ice cream in Peoria with great service. If you come out here make sure you ask for Edison, Omar, and or Ali, as they are all about the business, customer service and mixing that ice cream!

Ice cream here tastes good but their service is not. The owner is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to his customers nicely. They never look like they are happy to serve you. Once I had asked for the ice cream to be put on the stone again because it had semi-liquid consistency and the owner said “do you want it or not” instead of trying to address my issue.

Pretty certain I was ripped off $5 last night. I only got a love it size of pb perfection and gave a $20, just to be handed back $6 instead of $11. The day prior I got a waffle bowl with the same ice cream, but the waffle tasted stale.
Not impressed with this place. Just go to baskin robins if you’re in the area.

Me and my wife love to come here to get ice cream and shakes but I never really cared to leave a review but when we came in today the upbeat attitude of the employees and the respect and joy they show really made me feel at home I got to shout out the workers (edison @ ali) these young men deserve a raise!

The ice cream we had was full of emulsifiers and seemed to be expired. It literally tastes like Elmer’s glue and fiberglass resin. My 9 year old daughter ate less than half of her mint ice cream that didn’t taste minty at all. I tried to finish it and could not because it tastes so bad and I love ice cream. Two cones cost me $21. Won’t go again.
