Cold Stone Creamery

Don’t order off uber eats!!! My order has been wrong almost every time. I pay a bunch extra for add ins. I’ve given this place so many chances but every time my order is wrong. Disappointing is an understatement.

I normally love Cold Stone and obviously this locations ice cream tastes like all the others so the ice cream itself is good but I literally hate that this is the only place to get Cold Stone from in Peoria or close by because the owner or the manager whatever he is he's an Indian man with a thick mustache he's racist and it's so noticeable that it's annoying and I used to stop at Cold Stone all the time for my kids and self as a little treat because it's my favorite but I don't go to this location often because again the guy is incredibly rude and when I first came here years ago he told me that there was a Cold Stone I could go to in the mall I could check out that location and there was never a location in the mall so he was just trying to just have me leave I don't know but it's annoying but I still come here from time to time to get the ice cream because it's the only ice cream I like

If there was a 0 star option, I would have given that to this shop. First of all, I ordered egg less cake and they gave me the one with egg. Secondly, the cake was not of good quality at all. We had healthy issues just after eating it. And then when we called the shop, they started arguing and were not even ready to take the feedback. I would never come to this shop ever again and won’t recommend anyone to come to this place. Worst place ever.

Had a great time at Cold Stone. The ice cream was top-notch and the service was fantastic.The ice cream is amazing! Definitely recommend trying it.

Extremely disappointed in my minion ice cream! Unhappy employees made my minion ice cream from dyed yellow vanilla ice cream. On top of that, the ice cream was runny and not served in the advertised minion cup. Extremely unsatisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff was very rude, I asked for no brownie in my ice cream the staff acknowledged my request then did the opposite. No employees were wearing gloves, the preparation area was very dirty, both staff members answered private phone calls while working. The environment was very dark there where no lights on the only good thing about this was my bogo coupon never go here if you care about ice cream #NOT IT

Employees were more focused on some girl that came in than anything else. Kid had to take our order 3x just cause every time he would ask us he would walk away to talk to some girl or the other employees while we were answering the question of “what can I get you”. Then once our ice cream was made, they sat and had a personal conversation and held on to my ice cream while we stood there just waiting. Then it took 5 minutes for someone to ask the cashier to come ring us up.

I have been to Cold stone and it's theno. 1 CREMARY in Peoria.Everyone including the employees are very friendly.Excellent place to hangout with friendAnd it is located in a good location.The view outside the cold stone is pleasant along with the ice cream.
