A fast-casual chain, Tex-Mex restaurant Pancheros Mexican Grill opened in Peoria in summer 2021. This restaurant makes burritos, quesadillas and tacos from freshly pressed tortillas; and placing an order at the counter, customers choose the ingredients for their meal. Plenty of free parking and handicap accessible. The store was busy, it was lunchtime. The line moved slower than expected I assume the staff was busy with carry out/online orders, this thought didn't make me feel any less put upon. I made the effort to visit the store in person, I expect a little consideration. The food was quickly and correctly assembled once I finally placed my order, it was hot and well portioned.
