A/c was broke so Ice cream was soft. Still paid full price. Only one kid working so it was slow service wise.
Standard cold stone except really terrible waffle bowls/cones. Don’t usually leave reviews but after paying for a waffle bowl and $8 for an ice cream it’s frustrating to not get what you paid for. The waffle bowls will often be from the day before so they’re stale. Not at all crispy or fresh. So I’d recommend getting the ice cream and avoiding the waffle cones/bowls. The employees are great. I was in there in July 2 at 9:45pm. Less than 15 minutes before they close and there was a line out the door.
The customer ahead of me was so rude to the cold stone employee. I couldn’t believe it. The customer wanted a choco taco, but cold stone was out of the ingredients.
