“The employees are great. I was in there in July 2 at 9:45pm. Less than 15 minutes before they close and there was a line out the door.

The customer ahead of me was so rude to the cold stone employee. I couldn’t believe it. The customer wanted a choco taco, but cold stone was out of the ingredients.

So the customer practically interrogated the employee with a rude and condescending tone. Keep in mind, less 15 minutes before closing, with several other people in line behind us. I would have felt very disrespected if the customer talked to me like that.

“Last week I was the recipient of a German Chocolate cake. Sadly for $60.00 it was dry and inedible. I called to express our disappointment and the person who came to the phone after I asked for the manager said we didn't allow the cake to thaw long enough. I know the difference between frozen and dry. The cake had several hours to thaw before the time it was cut and presented after dinner. We were finally offered a gift certificate upon returning the remaining cake, but the person who bought it wasn't thrilled with the idea of getting more disappointing items, so it was discarded and we will never patronize them again. They have definitely gone downhill and it doesn't take long to see there are several complaints similar to mine. You're better off going to Costco or Sam's Club for a decent cake and it would be cheaper too!“
