Good. I prefer this place over The Chipolte personally. I've been to this location two times now and both times. The employees were very nice and helpful and quick with their service. The food bill times has been good as well. No complaints. I also appreciate that they have the green sauce and hot sauce jars available For customers who wish you had a little more heat. Definitely a fan of Pancheros.

Plenty of free parking and handicap accessible. The store was busy, it was lunchtime. The line moved slower than expected I assume the staff was busy with carry out/online orders, this thought didn't make me feel any less put upon. I made the effort to visit the store in person, I expect a little consideration. The food was quickly and correctly assembled once I finally placed my order, it was hot and well portioned.

A fast-casual chain, Tex-Mex restaurant Pancheros Mexican Grill opened in Peoria in summer 2021. This restaurant makes burritos, quesadillas and tacos from freshly pressed tortillas; and placing an order at the counter, customers choose the ingredients for their meal. The restaurant offers in-dine, takeout , and delivery service options. Being in the area, I recently visited Pancheros (aka Panch) twice for lunch. The line of customers moved fairly fast along the designated lines of "Start Here" -- and then to: Choose It -- Build It -- Add It -- Extras -- Chips -- Drinks. The service and the counter was business polite and helpful, but both times there were some language communication issues, enhanced by the loud background music. I like the food very much: all the ingredients were fresh and very tasty, portions sizes were very generous. The service could be more organized and less hectic. There are two seating areas at Pancheros: a modernly designed and appointed indoors area, and a nice seating area outdoors. The ambiance in the restaurant is highly casual, busy and friendly. Admittedly, the majority of the customers I saw both times, seemed to prefer a takeout option, that I also used during my second visit. The restaurant is located at N Grand Prairie Drive, at Grand Prairie Mall area, and the parking is very spacious. Muchas Gracias for great Quesadillas and Burritos, I will be back!
