I wish I could like this place. Everyone talks so highly of it. The food just wasn’t it for me. I also think the bathrooms need some serious attention. Broken soap dispenser, dirty stalls, over flowing trash. Total turn off after I saw the condition of them to want to eat my food. It just didn’t match this place. Maybe I’ll try something else but the $220 bill did not match what we received.

P H E N O M E N A L!!! My husband and I came here for our anniversary because we have been hearing such great things about this restaurant. It is for sure a HIDDEN gem - IYKYK type situation - given that it's so tucked away. Don't do like we did and pull up 10 minutes before opening, sneak into the locked door behind an employee arriving for their shift, and get on the reservation list for 5p. Just call a couple days before - YOU WILL NEED A RESERVATION! People were lined up outside before opening to eat here... on a TUESDAY 🤯
Upon entering, however, we understood what the hype was about. This place transports you to a magical land. The ambiance is stunning. The front hosts are so warm and welcoming. We sat at a cute little 2-top and were greeted by Colton who took our drink order. Then someone arrived with bread and the most spectacular whipped eggplant butter concoction, it was so good I asked for it to-go. Caron provided the best service imaginable, and I loved her blinged out ensemble! We ordered the pasta e fagoli soup (the soup base is a flavor bomb - I also ordered three cups to go because this soup ruined me for life), the bolognese, branzino, asparagus, and delmonico steak with scalloped potatoes.... EVERY SINGLE DISH WAS A STANDOUT!!! If you are into a bit of fun, go on a special occasion and order a dessert. It comes out with a sparkler that lights up the room and they take your picture (the table behind us did it). We opted out of the sparkler, but we did order the tiramisu dessert. We cannot wait to return here!!

Atmosphere felt judgmental… yes I look young but I wouldn’t be dining here if I couldn’t afford it.

Service was fine the gentleman was very nice who served us food from form to presentation.

Food was incredible I generally have no notes and I never have no notes. Drinks are heavy as they should be which was very enjoyable.

The only reason why I am leaving a bad review is because I went in to order a carry out, and I was told that they do not do carryout on weekends due to high volume and small kitchen, which I understand that. if you could serve 300 people in a night, I wouldn’t think that two meals would back up the kitchen that terribly. The manager, could’ve said, we don’t do carry out orders on weekends; however, because you’re here now as a customer we would make an exception to assure highly quality customer service and make the to go order for you. But for future reference, we wouldn’t be able to do that again. I would’ve been happy and I would’ve known that for future reference. I strongly encourage the business owners to add that note to their online website as well.

One of the best kept secrets in Peoria! The atmosphere was wonderful, the service was the best we've experienced anywhere in the area or for that matter anywhere. And the food? Phenomenal is the only word that comes to mind! This may sound crazy but the scalloped potatoes were simply fabulous. My steak... I've eaten at restaurants that charged 5 times the price and I'd take this steak over theirs hands down. My wife had the wild boar and she raved over it. I simply cannot recommend it enough. I've dined all across the USA, in Mexico, Canada and in several countries in Europe and I can truthfully say that this experience ranks right there at the top of the list.

If you call for a reservation, don't let slight attitude fool you!! The entire staff here is friendly, the food is incredible, and the drinks are great! We went back to back nights, sat at the bar with Ezra taking care of us, and tried a few different meals/apps. So far there isn't a thing I wouldn't order again, and the Ezra was absolutely fantastic!!

They seemed to be understaffed. We were seated right away, but we had unusually long waits all night. I ordered the pollo quattro formaggi , and it did not seem to be freshly made. It seemed to be a very small, very thin, very processed piece of breaded chicken completely smothered with sauce and cheese. It was very salty. I did enjoy the house salad. I left there so thirsty. They never refilled my water. It was my first time there, and unfortunately, probably my last. My favorite part of the night was being seated in the tiny, private room where our group could easily talk to each other and hear each other.

My husband and I had dinner at Connected, and I have to say — Gigi and Chandler absolutely made our night. The food was phenomenal, I had the Bistecca Al Barrolo (truly top-tier, every bite was better than the last), but the service? Next level.

Gigi and Chandler were not only attentive, but genuinely fun, warm, and engaging. They went above and beyond without ever feeling forced or scripted. You can tell when people love what they do, and they do. Their energy, their timing, their recommendations — all flawless. We laughed, we dined, we felt taken care of from the moment we sat down until the moment we left.

Good service literally makes or breaks a restaurant, and they are the reason this place is not just good — it’s memorable. Food will get you in the door, but service like theirs is what keeps you coming back and telling everyone you know.

Connected is lucky to have them, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better evening. They didn’t just serve us dinner — they made our night.

Highly, highly recommend.
We’ll be returning soon — and specifically asking for Gigi and Chandler!
