I was able to walk right up and purchase a cake I needed.

This was the worst experience ever! Three people walked passed me while standing in line. All looked at me no one said a word. Not I will be with you in a moment nothing. One lady walked passed me a went to wipe tables down free a few minute she can back and said so you want to order. I asked is this the norm because I am new to this area. The manager came from the back and said when we in busy with customers we will speak. I am the only one in the restaurant. She went on with a nasty attitude so what do you want.

DQ use to be the best, but today my daughter wanted a milk shake and it was a watery milk shake, i wanted onion rings
and they were way over cooked onion rings. Her toast in her chicken strip basket was not toast it was just bread and butter. What a joke we spent almost 43 bucks and had to eat garbage food worst experience ever at DQ. Would have given food a zero star but it's not an option

Ordered a pecan cluster blizzard and got one with peanuts. I called and was asked to send picture which I did. Was promised a refund and coupon which I never received. When I stopped in the store to ask the manager about it, she assured me she mailed it. She did give me a refund and a coupon, but she was very rude and unprofessional. I would have appreciated a sorry for the misunderstanding instead of her sour face.

3rd time this week coming here, looking for the brownie batter blizzard. Again, out of stock. The staff is completely non apologetic, doesn’t seem to care one bit. Absolutely no apologies, even got an eye roll from Kennedy (from my receipt) when I asked about the brownie batter blizzard. Multiple other items on their drive thru menu have out of stock stickers on them, but can’t seem to put one on the brownie batter blizzard.

Fries were soggy and BBQ sauce was just poured over chicken strips and way too much.Other ddq sauce is like baked on.

On March 23, 2024, we were scammed by this Dairy Queen. Ordered 4 paintable ice cream eggs for $10, but store must have been out and instead gave us 4 tiny molded dollops of cream that other customers stated they received for free with their full-size order. After complaining to the GM (Megan Boland) (who was angry and defensive), I left a negative review and posted to the business event’s page. The GM then deleted my post over and over and began calling my mother’s cellphone repeatedly and me via FB messenger. It was truly disturbing! I almost called the police. Never ever going to this establishment again.

The food was very good. Service, not too friendly. The floors were sticky, the garbage in the bathroom was over flowing and there were ants crawling on a table that no one did anything about even after being told. The music was horrible.

The employees are very nice. They actually had the "secret menu item called a cupcake in a cup! We saw online and had to get one.
