“The other day while I was around the area when I saw your guys shop so I wanted to try it out for the first time.
When I walked in I had this really friendly employee named bridget welcome me and helped me figure out which cookies to get since it was my first time being there. Amazing customer service and cookies!!

“Quick stop ice cream parlor inside Michael's. Pretty good and the price is decent. If I recall correctly, 16 flavors on hand. I loved the oreo ice cream. Have to try the adult flavor next time (Parents' .....something; I don't want to mislabel it). Espresso and bourbon flavors within. The Kitty Kitty Bang Bang looks good as well with its cherries.“

“Only difficulty with this Crumbl store is sometimes they say they are sold out of a certain favorite flavor of cookie online... so I pick another less wanted flavor and at the time of pick up - there in-person, the favorite flavor is magically there. At pick up, it's frustrating to see this as I usually don't make staff switch out less desired cookie for the favorite one as time is a factor or length of line. Makes me not want to patronize establishment when I'm paying $5+ for one cookie. It seems there should be a way to keep better track of inventory when alot of business is handled online or using the Ipad ordering system in the store. The above happened 2x in one week. The product is delicious and when they have cookies advertised in stock, it's a great process.“

“These cookies are always good. Some flavors are overly sweet though. I suggest buying the cookie cutter they sell, see as 1/4 of a cookie is the recommended serving size. It is that way for good reason. More than that can be sweet overkill. My spouse and I usually go every couple weeks and share a new cookie flavor together. It is very fun to try all the new flavors that they switch out weekly.
This location has workers that are a little less friendly than the East Peoria location. But it's not too bad.“
