I stopped at Dunkin to purchase a gift card for a friend. By the time I entered the door a staff person asked to help me. After payment I was headed for the door with gift card. Excellent.

We ordered 2 coffees and half a dozen donuts, got to the drive thru window and got our order and the donuts had hair on them so they replaced them. Luckily I always check my food before I leave. The donuts were extremely dry and the coffee was not good. 20 bucks wasted, manager didn’t call me back either even though I left my number

LOVE the FROZEN COFFEES!!! I took an apple fritter home and my cat, Grace, grabbed my hands and wouldn't let go! She loves their apple fritters too! She NEVER goes after donuts! Coffee...Donuts... I'm in Heaven!
I didn’t get the name of the cashier and that’s unfortunate for this tale being as she deserves full recognition! But around 10 this morning I went in and I couldn’t figure out what I wanted but she saw and heard me even when I couldn’t figure it out and got me a perfect coffee. My order was a large Carmel coffee extra coffee 4 cream and 4 sugar a big thank you to your cashier for hearing what I wanted while I’m sleep and caffeine deprived. She’s amazing ❤️

We ordered 5 classic donuts and one specialty Halloween donut. Out of 5 classic donuts they were out of jelly filled. They were also out of the Halloween donut. They told us to call customer service and they had no way to make it right or refund. The customer service number was already closed. It was not until I went into the store(used drive thru to pickup mobile order) that they even offered to make it right. We get back home and get the donuts out to eat. They are clearly older not fresh donuts. Will never return to this location. With this being the final straw with multiple other issues including inconsistency with coffees made at the same time and the same coffee. The staff are dismissive of customers and only care about making money.
