Great experience last night at this restaurant. A huge thank you to the gentleman who served me my drinks at the bar. He was very friendly and personable. He and I ended up talking for some time and having a good conversation. I appreciate staff at businesses who go out of their way to connect with customers on a personal level as I believe that’s what leads to good customer satisfaction and drives the business toward success.
