Originally came for coffee but ordered a biscuit& gravy platter. Coffee was cold. Employee went to go heat it up for me in microwave. Another lady comes to windows looking crazy told her my coffee was cold she cuts me off tells me it a be 15min for a new pot and to pull up I try to explain that the other lady was just heating my coffee up she again cut me off being rude and wouldn't listen. Never got my coffee I paid for and had cold hashbrowns

The girl who took my order was professional and nice. She greeted me took my order promptly. The cook went outside to smoke and came in on his phone. The issue was that he started to make my food without washing his hands his nails were also extremely long and that’s unprofessional for someone on the grill nails should be short. When I asked him “excuse me sir can you wash you hands before you make my food please” I got silence so I asked again and NOTHING I asked the cashier if he heard me and she called his name “Greg she said can you wash your hands” he said “I heard her” so if that was the case why did I not get a response because that seems to me that he had a problem that I asked him to wash his hands then he kept staring at me afterwards which made me uncomfortable. I’m not sure why he couldn’t acknowledge that I wanted him to wash his hands but that was extremely rude and I won’t be coming back because based off that alone I now feel like he did something to my food since I have diarrhea all of a sudden.

This was a first time stop. The restaurant was very quiet and secluded. So we was not sure it was opened. We saw no cars but one then people started coming in to the drive through. Inside the restaurant was clean, and seemed to be kept up pretty well. The service was good and the young man brought our lunch right to us. The food was okay too much salt on the fries and the coleslaw was a tad bit dry needed more dressing. This place is in a good location near by Sam's club. If you are hungry for a quick bite that will not break the bank. This is your stop.

Airca, the GM was a true delight! She was ver professional and engaging. She offered suggestions for the cost concern with grace and understanding. I have only had one experience like this in years. I was truly refreshing to hav such a pleasant experience.? My food is amazing! Please commend her and her staff on their valiant efforts!

Alicia, the Manager went above and beyond for a customer service issue we experienced during a former visit. She is truly a caring and attentive Manager devoted to a quality customer service experience. She also oversees a building that is immaculate, everyone's uniforms are clean and well matched. Everyone carries a smile that works at this location as well.

This was one odd the BEST hot lunches I’ve had at Hardee’s! Everything was so delicious! The Fish Filet sandwich wasn’t as big as I expected, but it was so yummy… I wish it was bigger! The staff was very friendly and efficient as well.
