I want to thank the florist department for their kindness and thoughtfulness. Last weekend I was shopping with my kids and my son began to have a meltdown. The florist department brought him over a balloon and saved the day! This week when we were grocery shopping they noticed my son looking at the flowers and offered him one flower to take with him and he was thrilled! Awesome individuals with kind hearts. Thank you from one happy customer and momma ♥️

Went to pick up a breakfast order on way to tournament at Louisville Slugger complex. Order wasn't ready and had to wait. When I got my order the drinks smelled and tasted like they were contaminated with chemical cleaner. Absolutely avoid this place.

I have always enjoyed the Hy-Vee Cafe for breakfast. Occasionally for dinner meals as well. This Hy-Vee location is a cut above most. I was there late, and yet, their selections and quality was fantastic. Food still seemed fresh and appetizing. I had the Asian, and it was very good.

I went in with my receipt to fix an issue that occurred with my card and their system. Terri who was at customer support area was very rude, and Michelle wasn’t the kindest either. I used to love Hy-Vee but after their act of rudeness I won’t be back at this location. They have the attitude of being entitled to everything. They don’t need to be in customer support they did not do any support for me.

Very nice Wine and Spirits (and beer) department. Wonderful staff. And I believe the most fair and equatable allocated bourbon lottery system in the area.

Today I was getting some fresh meat and seafood for my husbands birthday and I could not get over how perfectly displayed the meet selection was. Usually that would be weird to look at raw meet? However it was displayed perfectly and everything looked amazing! Presentation is everything

This Hy-Vee is the best! Only complaint is, I can’t get out of there, I love looking at all the great things you have in the store! Mike Joseph is my favorite employee!

The burger I had was good. My wife's chicken sandwich was not good. We arrived a few minutes before 11. Couldn't order until the system changed over. The were very confused about what they had. I wanted onion rings but they were out of them. The sandwich My wife wanted they didn't have.. I asked if they had coke zero the lady said yes but they didn't have. So very unorganized. We won't go back!! Made a special effort to eat there but so disappointed!

So I work for Grubhub and went to pick up a order on 2/15/22 for my diner and I waited 40 minutes for my damn order and the restaurant wasn’t even busy… Just talked the whole 40 minutes that I wasted… I left and didn’t even get my order… (Felt sorry for the diner)..But this Hy-Vee Restaurant won’t ever see me again.If I could give this a zero star I would be pleased.

30 minutes wait to get onion rings. Need significant process improvement.Restaurant seems to be empty
