IHOP Reviews
It had been a few years since I’ve been to IHOP and I remember why. My grandkids were starving and bless their hearts, wanted pancakes. IHOP offers delicious food, with gluten-friendly pancakes being a favorite. The service is friendly, though some customers noted that the waitstaff faced challenges due to being understaffed, especially during busy times. Unfortunately, cleanliness has become a significant concern, with reports of dirty floors, terrible bathrooms, and trash outside the building. Despite these issues, families can still enjoy the kid-friendly policy of free meals for children. However, many reviews highlight a need for improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, including the presence of dirty dishes and long wait times for food. In conclusion, IHOP remains a spot for those seeking gluten-friendly options and decent service, but there is much room for improvement in cleanliness and overall dining experience.
