They have amazing people working here! They are very talented and personable. They make coming a breathe of fresh air. It is like talking with old friends, especially Avri, Megan & Ash!
I get shorted on my hot drinks almost every single time by a fair amount. Enough that I'm basically paying for a size larger than the amount I actually get. I've tried requesting no milk foam hoping that would resolve the issue but keep getting shorted and still get milk foam despite my request to have none. I may try another location but if this continues, I will stop doing business with Starbucks altogether. The quality of the products are good, I just don't like paying more...read full review
