i went in to pick up my call in order i payed for my food and the women at the register told me my food wasn’t ready to i waited. i seen a bad sitting on the counter where they cook at . i sat there for 45 minutes for them to bring me that same bag that was sitting there since i got there so i asked them to remake my food because it was cold & sitting there for 30-45 minutes . the women did not tell them so i was there for another 10 minute i finally got a chance to talk to some else and she took the bag of food & came back within 5 minutes. i opened the food & all she did was heat it up in the microwave something i couldn’t did at home if i didn’t want FRESH food . btw i eat jimadors often & NEVER had this experience. i am HIGHLY upset & disappointed

My son and I go to Jimador on a fairly regular basis over the last three or so years. The atmosphere is very good, with plenty of space for seating and privacy. The food is very good. It's the only place I've been that has an excellent mole sauce for all chocolate lovers like me. And everything I've had there hasn't been disappointing. I give this restaurant a four, only because I've been to truly authentic Mexican restaurants in Arizona through the years that set the standard for quality Mexican food. Jimador is very close to that very high standard. The service can vary some depending on who's on the floor, but is generally good. I can highly recommend Jimador.

I enjoyed my food. Really good flavor wise but the service was not so great. It took a long time for the server to come ask if I needed a to-go box & to get my receipt. Also, a potential customer came in to put in a to-go order. He stood there without being greeted, even though the staff passed him several times. After about 5 minutes of waiting to be greeted, he left.

Will definitely go backEdit: we're back and I'm taking off a star because this time I'm at a table where I can see into the kitchen and one guy in there isn't wearing gloves and touching all the food on plates. The guy on the stove is wearing them though..I still ate the food. It's really good...
