My son and I go to Jimador on a fairly regular basis over the last three or so years. The atmosphere is very good, with plenty of space for seating and privacy. The food is very good. It's the only place I've been that has an excellent mole sauce for all chocolate lovers like me. And everything I've had there hasn't been disappointing. I enjoyed my food. Really good flavor wise but the service was not so great. It took a long time for the server to come ask if I needed a to-go box & to get my receipt. Also, a potential customer came in to put in a to-go order. He stood there without being greeted, even though the staff passed him several times. After about 5 minutes of waiting to be greeted, he left.

i went in to pick up my call in order i payed for my food and the women at the register told me my food wasn’t ready to i waited. i seen a bad sitting on the counter where they cook at . i sat there for 45 minutes for them to bring me that same bag that was sitting there since i got there so i asked them to remake my food because it was cold & sitting there for 30-45 minutes . the women did not tell them so i was there for another 10 minute i finally got a chance to talk to...read full review
