Sandwich was made without the avocado (that is an extra charge). Took 25 min in the drive through with an app order. Then charged $3.50 for 2 sides of ranch. $45 for over rated, super slow lunch that was not made correctly.

The worse customer service in a drive thru ,don't try paying with cash because they are to stupid to give you change ,also very rude if you pay with a $50 you will be asked to take you money to a bank to get change ugh they are ridiculous ? ? and they will let you know they are a franchise so they don't follow corporate rules ? ? .This is the worse Jimmy John's Store don't give them your business!!!

First time I was here I was double charged for my order. Just ordered again after several months and a turnkey sandwich, chips, and a drink was over $15. See picture of the sandwich I got. Never going again. I work across the street so this is very unfortunate.

I typically love to order from here, food is always fresh and they deliver fairly quick, and the in house staff are always kind.Today, however, after an almost 40 minute delivery (2 miles) I was met with my food reeking of cigarette smoke to the point of it being inedible. I have no problem with people smoking, but when it’s affecting the food I paid and tipped well for there’s a problem.
People are friendly and willing to help, sandwich was tasty and would go back

The best cold sandwich shop. Why you may ask. The bread makes the difference plus the quality of the meat. The ham is smoked not boiled. Jimmy John’s has their own Chips and Cookies and their cookies are unparalleled and ginormous. I will update with photos.

Unfortunately both of our sandwiches were the wrong sandwiches or at least had things on them that weren't supposed to be on them or had left out lettuce and tomato and such we didn't call and complain don't go there often and now it reminded us

I don't think you can mess up something that's not cooked but I did ask for a whole sandwich and got a half for almost 10 bucks. Like it's a little meat 3 slices of Tom's and lettuce for 10 dollars.
