Jimmy John's provides great service, with staff who double-check orders and cater to dietary restrictions. The cold sandwiches stand out due to the high-quality bread and smoked ham. The restaurant also offers its own chips and cookies, with the cookies being a highlight. While some customers have experienced issues with portion sizes, overall, Jimmy John's is a great store with a rewards program and easy delivery.
