Working on a large box lunch order for the last two weeks. Called and spoke to staff on price and delivery charges before taking orders. Today "we have never delivered to Dunlap" and the rude manager hung up before I was able to get her name. Wow. I thought folks these days were trying to keep business, not turning down huge orders.

Never again purchased 4 slim turkey and cheese and bacon charged extra $13.16 for bacon $5.96 extra for cheese Each sandwich had 2 slices of turkey not much of a sandwich for the cost. Very sad.

Counter person having a meltdown every time the phone rang - very vocal - Totally unprofessional - worst Vito sandwich I’ve ever had - no dressing at all - I always order the Vito - tasteless - stale bread. Never

This location is very inconsistent … the Thursday lunch crew does a good job in making sandwiches. Tonight’s evening shift was HEAVY on the sauces with very little lettuce, tomatoes and chicken for their wraps. They put enough Caesar dressing for three wraps. It’s disgusting! Our wraps looked smashed down and extremely thin.

If you give Jimmy Johns on Orange Prairie your service, they will probably forget half your order. And when you call to request the rest, they will more than likely promise to send someone back by to deliver it. After you wait hours, and they close for the evening, you will realize you will never see the rest of your order... if you give Jimmy Johns on Orange Prairie your service.

This has happened not once, not twice, but four times over the past two years. The fourth time they did actually bring the rest of our order by. I guess fool me once, shame on you. Fool me four times... And I will finally write a review hoping others won’t be fooled by their fancy store front and catchy slogan?
