Had 6pm reservations for a group of 12-15, was not seated until 7:30pm, promises of the table being ready soon, the other group is almost done.......

While understanding, this restaurant does not take reservations, we specifically came an hour before asking our party to arrive. We were told an hour wait for our party. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours, for mediocre food.

My husband and I was there to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary on the 11th of Jan. Drew was our server and he was so amazing. He reassured us we were making amazing choices and the food was brought out quick and deliciois. Then Drew brought is a free dessert to share with candles for our celebration. Good job Drew.

Went in today expecting to have a great meal with hubby but as soon as we sat down it took a turn for the worst. Started the meal off with two drinks I order an average margarita came out watered down. Our waiter decided he would make side jokes that were very rude. The food was ok my steak was decent but the hubby's steak was not cooked the way he wanted it. Being from Cali I just wanted the best service and food but no such luck

My wife and I wanted to eat at LongHorn Steakhouse for our traditional New Year Eve Dinner! Wasn’t for sure if we could get In before midnight (lol) since they are always busy and don’t offer reservations. We put in our wait time name,was told 1 1/2 hour wait.We left came back 1 hour later, a 1/2 hour before our wait time. Got seated 10 minutes later. We had a great waiter, my wife order ribeye, salad, baked potato and onion soup, I ordered 1/2 slab of ribs,salad,loaded sweet potato and onion soup. The ribs were not as good as I was expecting. I will not be ordering their ribs again. Over all,we had a good New Year Eve dinner.

Food came out cold...took a long time.. but they were busy the bright spot was the manager... she took good care of us and replaced our cold food

What a great place! Hard to believe it's been open so many years, but only started coming here in Fall 2024, each time for their lunch specials which are really a good deal. Have had the chicken sandwich with the amazing lobster/shrimp chowder. Highly recommended. Service was great - a couple of times with Maliq and most recently by Kiersten. The steak salad is good as well. Have to try it for dinner!

Chopped steak was pretty good ... Service was fine ... atmosphere was good ... it is a chain restaurant and delivered consistency.

I've gone here many times over the last 6 months. The steaks are fantastic!! Great flavor, service is excellent. Drew (Anderson) is a very nice young server. Get the Ribeye!! It's worth the money!!
