Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are awesome. Remind me of the cheeseburger egg rolls at Disney World. Their seasoning on fries is amazing and unique.

They must’ve switched owners in the past year because I’ve had them before and wasn’t much of a fan. But I decided one day last month to try them out. I’m glad I did! The chicken is very good. They are generous with their sauce, two cups, the fries are more than enough too but they need to improve on those. A lot of these places have the same type of fries. Like once u get them home, they’re deflated as my husband calls them. I still eat them because I don’t want to pay extra for the other sides. I would recommend this place for their chicken. Their service is great too. Sharkey’s across the street used to be my go to, but they’ve gone downhill.

My husband and I ordered for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely delicious! One meal, appetizer and dessert was enough for us to share and still have leftovers today! The gizzards and wings are awesome!! The new honey glaze is legit. We will definitely eat here again!

This is a busy place ! Great place for you if you love eating wings. Louie Legends have bone in and boneless wings with ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping. They also have several sandwich options on their menu.
Louie Legends is not a sit-down restaurant it's a takeout. Great place to grab some wings for the big game.
Service is great with a friendly helpful staff. Their prices are moderate. I paid around $40 for 24 wings which comes with seasoned fries or fried okra.

I thought the wings itself would be spicy. Instead I received wings with a bunch of spicy seasoning dumped on top. The entire order was a waste

I accidentally found this gem of a place last October. The chicken gizzards are the best I have ever had, the fries are good, and the portions are more than enough.

We've been back several times since.

As for the atmosphere, even though they are a carry-out only type of establishment, I give them 5 stars for keeping enough chairs to sit and wait, but the friendliness of the staff really makes the atmosphere nice.

Orders are always accurate and they don't give you any hassle when asking for extra sauces.

And speaking of sauces, they have the good kind of ranch (IYKYK) but their other sauces are very good as well.

My only complaint? Some of their clientele are RUDE and nasty.. like they are entitled or something.. and I think they put up with that all the time for no reason whatsoever.

5 stars from me. I'd give 10 if I could.

Kid-friendliness: With the type of clients that go in there, I'd keep the kids at home.

The cheese steak was delicious, sure, but the fried fish is the true highlight. You can order it by the piece, and they definitely do it right. I was raised on the Mississippi so I know catfish and this is some serious good catfish. $25 for a sandwich and two huge pieces of fish delivered. Can’t beat it.

I am so disappointed in this establishment as of last night. I felt at one moment, that this would be resolved when I spoke to the owners. The wife has been known since they were located on Knoxville.

Backstory: I was in the ER and the doctor cleared me to eat. My husband went with my choice which was Louie Legends. The order was placed and picked up. My husband pre-warned me that the fries were horrible upon his return. I then tried them, and he was right. Needless to say, the fish was over cooked and the chicken was under cooked, not drained properly. They did not even sprinkle the famous lemon pepper seasoning on it.

I called in and talked to "Mo". I requested to speak to the manager or owner. "Mo" told me they were unavailable at the time. We went thru a song and dance of what he could or couldn't do to resolve the issue. I was given three options.

1. Return the food and have it recooked.
2. Return the food and receive a refund.
3. OR just refund the money.

In the end, I requested them to send a delivery driver to recover his food from the ER and bring my money. Of course, they were not willing to inconvenience themselves. In the midst of my frustration, I opted in to leave my contact info for the owners to follow-up. I did not receive the call last night as promised, and I went to bed hungry. I called again this morning.

"Mo" answered the phone AGAIN, and told me that the owners were not in still. He would be calling back in 30 minutes. At this point, my husband decided to take the food back.

Upon his arrival, he discovers the whole time I was talking to "Mo" I had been talking to the owner (husband). He also noticed that the other owner (his wife) was obviously aware of the situation too.

I honestly wanted to be refunded and my food replaced, since I was greatly inconvenienced due to the multiple trips and being hungry in the ER.

We have patronized this establishment for years before Sterling, and was very excited to see their return. After being lied to by the owner that he was not the owner and clearly avoiding accountability. He even threw his cook under the bus, by blaming them being new in the kitchen.

What I am seeing is the classic failure of small businesses. They gain the rapport and loyalty of customers and fall off after they succeed and gain their trust.

A word of advice, never get too comfortable in good service. Everyone is not out to scam or get over on you. I am a small business owner with ethics and morals. I hope to receive the same service I give to my customers. Reciprocation is key, and customer service is dead! I am really disappointed in you all and how this was handled. You treated my family as if we tried to get over on you in a time that was not the most pleasant for me/us. I will never knock the quality of the food before yesterday.

Today, I do not recognize the service and commitment I was used to from this restaurant. I was willing to accept a remake and my money back because of all that has happened. Now that I know I am dealing with liars and non-customer service oriented people, I will not return. I truly loved this place! "Mo" you should be ashamed of yourself!!

Today, I rate a 1 star because the food and service SUCKED really bad! Reviews and word of mouth goes a long way Louie Legend. Please get it together for your customers who still believe in you! You have the recipe for success, get back to it!
