Why is it that when I order something? I never get what I ordered?
Like… it’s literally a Happy Meal. A whole standardized box of joy. And somehow they manage to forget the two things that actually make it feel even remotely healthy, the apple slices and the apple juice! It’s not like I ordered a custom-engineered five-layer burrito with secret instructions. It’s apple slices and juice. The bare minimum. The starter pack. The “I’m pretending my kid is eating something nutritious” items!
At this point they might as well hand you the box and say, “Here’s your child’s lunch, minus everything you actually needed. Good luck, sir.”
Honestly, I’d be LIVID but also laughing because it’s always the simplest things they forget. Meanwhile my 16-month-old is in the back plotting to eat couch stickers again.

The McDouble was terrible! I asked to hold the pickle and cheese. The screen confirmed it. But it had cheese and the bun was hard as a rock! On the plus side, the fries were delicious. The servers were nice.

Most of the McDonald stuffs are not cordial. No idea why? If you ask a question twice they feel sad and react.
McDonald's on Knoxville you're dirty your floors are sloppy slippery sliding I came in there today to get food 35 hours worth of food I asked for fresh fresh french fries and I got old french fries and cold french fries. I think it's time that the owners cleaned house and took out all the people that were working in there today and put in a whole new crew that can do the job correctly and besides that you dropped my Happy meal on the floor and instead of putting it all in a whole new box you just handed me the same dirty box that's disgusting.

Yes, I was just recently there through the drive-through. I was just trying to get some food. The drive-through asked me if I was using my app and I said yes I proceed to open my app. I was talking to myself saying come on let me login please the lady that The drive-thru thought I was mocking her and said I don’t have to take your order I said for what for she thought I was mocking her which I was not. I was talking to myself and she says I can hear everything you say and I said I’m sorry if I offended you I didn’t mean to say it I was talking to myself and she replied with if I were you I drive to another McDonald’s and I said are you serious? She said yes and I said wow I’m never coming back here again and she reply with that’s fine. This is the most rude service I’ve ever had and I will never be coming back. I will be calling her manager and I hope she gets fired and never ever work in this town of her again and I’ll see to her that she does.
