Bad experience at this Panera bread. I waited a very long time for my food and they were not busy. A friend ordered after me and got their food a good amount of time before me. I had told them it was for dine in. After waiting a long time I inquired, about it, then they acted like they didnt know, or even have my order. I said I have my receipt to prove I ordered and paid. It turned out they had it sitting there in a to go bag. I told them it was for dine in. All they did was said sorry about that maam and never offered to fix it put on tray in & soup in bowl etc. Then I had to ask them to put out napkins. They said they would, they didnt. I had to ask a second time for napkins too. Then when they finally put them out it looked like they only about 10 in the holder. They should have filled it. Food was not good either, my sandwhich was really small and food was cold by time they gave it to me. The Food value for money is not good. Bathroom not great either. Overall very disappointed with this visit to a Panera Bread. Not my usual experience at other Panera Breads. Wont be back.

Just doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. Higher prices for lower quality food.

I've always loved Panera but haven't been there in years. When a friend took me to chat, he bought to soft drinks. Literally fountain drinks and would I looked at receipt, they were Seven dollars a piece. Never will I go there again. This is robbery.

Love the food. Portions shrinking?
When busy, the fountain area gets neglected like everywhere.

$6.90 for a 16oz smoothie. They filled the cup halfway with whole ice cubes and poured the smoothie over it. I no longer feel healthy. I feel bamboozled
The drive thru crew in the early morning are the best. Hailey, Anna and Brett deserve a 5 star. They are very friendly caring and always smiling. I am a member of the sip club and it's because of these three. In general the restaurant is great. I can’t afford the prices now but I can afford the sip club. Most of the employees are friendly but have experienced one or two in the drive thru that don't speak or smile or acknowledge you. But I am so grateful for Hailey, Anna and Brett. Great job.
This is my favorite place to go every day. I love the people and the food and drinks.

The limited time cranberry walnut chicken sandwich is the best! Please keep it on the menu! The drive through staff is wonderful!

Out of bread at 530 pm.
The most despicable caprese sandwich , ever. 1 piece if cheese 2 tomato, and no basil. Soup was barely warm. Prices are outrageous. What a dump.

It would be great if they keep some Muslim Halal food. If not, they can have menu on fishes or vegetarian so that it can cover Muslim and vegan people.

Food is always good. But I just spent $18 on tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. That's a $9 meal. I seldom go there even I I like the food and I work across the street from them. I just can't justify the expense.

It's a typical Panera Bread franchise. I would rate it very good. Good food, good service, fine atmosphere. It has a winning combination that I frequent often. I recommend trying it out if you haven't already.
