The drive thru crew in the early morning are the best. Hailey, Anna and Brett deserve a 5 star. They are very friendly caring and always smiling. I am a member of the sip club and it's because of these three. In general the restaurant is great. I can’t afford the prices now but I can afford the sip club. Most of the employees are friendly but have experienced one or two in the drive thru that don't speak or smile or acknowledge you. But I am so grateful for Hailey, Anna and Brett. Great job.

Food is always good. But I just spent $18 on tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. That's a $9 meal. I seldom go there even I I like the food and I work across the street from them. I just can't justify the expense.

Excellent, friendly manager who makes the visit a pleasure. Also, the red-haired, red-bearded fellow who hauls away trays, replaces the coffee urns, etc, is a first-rate 'customer service ambassador.' Our regular Panera restaurant in Peoria/East Peoria.

I don't know where to begin. I have always been a fan of panera bread. But this particular store is not up to the mark. Every time I order something that is at least one or two things missing from my order. After a tiresome day all I want is some good food. And every time I order something either the croutons are missing or the baggette is missing. They don't fulfill the complete order. Either the pickle in my sandwich is missing or someone purposefully removes the zesty bell peppers. I am really disappointed at this location. Every time I order it to go something or the other is missing. Whom do I report this to?
