Very rude employees that like to call people creeps and don't care about people with disabilities. Employees need more training on how to respect very valuable customers. You guys just lost two valuable people. Rudest Establishment ever!!!

I ordered a UN-sweet Ice Tea at the drive though wile waiting 10 minutes for my food I took a drink of the tea and is was Sweet tea, I told the person at the window and she said "I was wrong" that it was UN-sweet event thought the label said Sweet tea and refused to do anything about it, guess the customer is always wrong? The food was mediocre too, never going back.

Do not trust them. They will serve you garbage food, overcharge you, and then tell you then can’t refund you because it’s against their policy. Absolutely immoral business ethics and the restaurant is gross and disgusting.

Great employees, super friendly and patient too! Love their options, our favorite is the bagel box with their walnut cream cheese! Solid sandwich and soup entrees. Been here multiple times. Thanks for always giving us a solid experience.

My wife and I had the "Pick 2" lunch specials. They were good and the servings were huge. A bit pricey for soup/salad and a soup/sandwich -- was a bit over $41 for both of us for lunch. But, otherwise, it's pretty much the typical Panera. I will say that the one in Peoria is nice and spacious with quite a bit more seating than the one in Bloomington.

I was underwhelmed. No baguettes? Circle K Polar Pop cups for large sodas? It took longer than I expected for a small order (two soups and a sandwich) and the restaurant was chilly. The food tasted fine, which saves the rating a bit.

They were out of the soup we wanted. They were out of the bread we wanted. Person at register smiled when informing us of this. The iced tea was empty. Floors and bathroom were dirty. No paper towels in the bathroom and trash overflowing.Napa Almond Chicken salad was bland with chunks of romaine that fell out constantly.Spent over 50 dollars for two bland sandwiches and 2 bowls of soup. Very disappointing!

Ordered a bread bowl. Went to the counter to pick it up and it wasn't in a bread bowl. They told me they didn't have one. Bread bowls cost more obviously, and to make up for it they gave me 3 burger buns. Thanks.

During non busytimes it would be nice if manager would Instruct staff to refill iced tea & lids. Oh wait a minute I think he was trying to get a date with a staff member. He acted indignant when I asked for refill.
