Pizza Hut in Peoria

“I'm one of the coaches for the Robo Rams and our team ends practice with pizza once a week in the spring and twice in the Fall and winter. We call ahead and pickup. The price is reasonable and the students enjoy the grub. Customer service offers the needed things for accommodation.“

“This is my first time eating at this Pizza Hut and the customer service was everything. I appreciate them letting me come and pick up my pizza even though it took me over and hour to get there. I’m in the area did not know that the pizza place would not deliver to us, unfortunately. I really hope they consider delivering to us at aspen bluffs as we are not the apartments that the pizza places have a problem with their problems never reach us and we are a quiet, safe and respectful community. “I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut with my son. There was a mix-up with our order, so our food wasn’t ready when we arrived, but we were in no rush at all and had no problem waiting for a fresh pizza to be made.

What really stood out was the staff. They were genuinely kind and very apologetic, even though we were completely understanding. Without us asking for anything, they offered us drinks and some complimentary food while we waited, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated.

Mistakes happen, but the way the team handled the situation speaks volumes about their customer service. We left feeling taken care of and grateful. We’ll absolutely be back.“
