Picked up an online order and arrived at the given time. Then I spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru, waiting behind other customers. At no point I was given an option to get the order inside or someone will bring it out. When I finally got my order, it was obvious that the shakes have just been sitting there and they were completely liquefied and only semi-cold. It's a great local spot for a toasted sub sandwich. My go-to is the wreck with hot peppers. If you sign up for their rewards, they will send out buy-one-get-one free every so often. Also, the kids meal is a pretty good deal that comes with a good size sub, drink, cookie, and applesauce for ~6 bucks.

Mac and cheese tasted bad, very salty and stale. Staff seemed not interested in doing their jobs and overall, Potbelly sandwiches have gone down in quality and taste. I will think twice next time
