While visiting in Peoria, I had a craving for fried chicken. I found Sharkey's Express on Google Maps. This was the best fried chicken I have ever had!! It was made fresh while I waited (well worth the wait). I also had French fries which were also the best along with Cole slaw. The owner gave me a dessert of chocolate and nut covered grapes, which were delicious. All of the desserts looked great. I only wish this place was local for me. Kudos to the owner!!

I did have a five star rating for this place, but it’s no longer my favorite place. Last 3 times I have ordered from here my chicken was Disgusting as you could taste that it was cooked in bad grease and it upset my stomach so bad. It Taste burnt and is very dry as well. And the fries are no longer crispy they’re soggy but Taste like you’re eating rubber… I’m very disappointed ? say bye bye to one of your loyal customers that used to order from you at least once a week….
Parking: They barely have anywhere to park. It’s a struggle getting in and out as only four or five vehicles can fit.. You’re better off parking at the auto parts store next to them.
We were from out of town and so happy we found Sharkey's. The food was the best, seasoned perfectly, portions were huge, and the family that, I assume, own it were the friendliest people ever. We had to go back in just to tip them. Thanks guys, you do great and I wish we lived closer!!!

My parents and I stopped here to get some food. We were not expecting the HUUUGE portions we got. I ordered 6 tenders expecting them to be small, and after eating one I got full. Very nice and welcoming people as well! Highly recommend

First time there. The amount of money I paid and got all this delicious food. I got enough to feed two people atleast. And im a right leg amputee. The gentleman carried the food to my car. He did not have to do that. But I am grateful he did. I will be back.
