excellent service, flawless food, and welcoming vibe
I visited with an out of town friend who has a service dog (alerts for impending seizures). We were refused service because of the service animal, even when we informed them that the ADA prohibits this kind of discrimination. I’ve reached out to the business over a few different channels to discuss the issue and hopefully to educate them on the ADA obligations of any business that serves the public, but have not gotten a response, so I can only assume that the owner is content...read full review

The Owls Nest - West Peoria Bar & Grill is a local joint with a very casual atmosphere and lots of regulars. The people who work there are all amazing, and the service is great. The food is some of the best in the area, with amazing jalapeño poppers, tenderloins, wings, massive salads, boneless wings (generous breast cuts), and a thin crust pizza that is tremendously good with generous toppings. The Hot Roast Beef is also very good. The drinks are great and decently priced, with decent pours on mixers. The establishment is safe, clean, and has plenty of parking. The raffle on Mondays is always fun, with money going to the West Peoria fire department. New ownership has brought big changes, and they are over the top on making sure customers are taken care of.
