Placed a catering order for my work at 9am, delivery at 11am. At 1130 the tracker says it hasn't been started yet. Called the store, phone rang long enough to make me believe there was only one person there. Was told that the opening manager no-showed, and food prep didn't get started until 1130. it just tastes sooo good !
My delivery driver, James went above and beyond when there was a mistake in my order. He offered to go back and make it fully right which doesn’t happen often. The extra effort was much appreciated and really made my night! Shoutout James!!
