I asked at the drive through if they have popcup and they said yes , then I mad an order worth $39 for me and my kids just because they said they have popcup , when I got to the window I paid for my order and they gave me the drinks then after that they told me they don’t have popcup .. i will never go back to that location nor anyone in my family

I usually don’t have an issue with Starbucks. But today I waited 30 minutes for my drink and was not acknowledged or apologized to. I’m a pretty patient person and understanding when establishments are busy. But could not even be looked at here. And my frappe was melted by the time I got it.

I’m rooting for this place, but it seems to have gone downhill in the past months. Even coming in the morning, the floors are dirty (which, I’m assuming means they weren’t cleaned since the night before); there are boxes to the ceiling in the public area, which feels like you’re in someone’s messy bedroom; I thanked the staff for making my order and not one of them looked up to acknowledge me; the music was unnecessarily loud (and I appreciate music) to the point that I went outside. However, the music was loud there too. Some other gentlemen saw me come outside and said, “You trying to get away from the music too? That’s why we’re out here.” The store seems unwelcoming, ignored, and in some ways deterring. I mean all of this with kindness and hope this store turns around for the enjoyment of the community.

This is the Starbucks I frequent most often and it's strictly because of the friendly baristas. The atmosphere is about the same as any other Starbucks, you know what you're getting into when you walk in. But my food order is never wrong, the drinks are always made to my specifications with dietary restrictions in mind, and the baristas are always friendly and welcoming. I tried the new matcha yesterday and was thoroughly warned about the changes and offered to come back and try adding some things to it if I didn't like it which I really appreciated! Peak hours drive thru is real rough, you're better off doing a mobile order and picking up inside than waiting in the line in your car. But it's nicer to see a friendly face inside anyway! Got a cute note on my cup this morning, really made my day! This Starbucks has a way of making you feel like you're in a little shop instead of a corporate chain.
The music and blenders were so loud that it was hard to have a private conversation.

Terrible service I walk in and stand right by the register and continue to stand there for over 5 minutes without a hello , or we will be right with you. Another gentlemen comes up and they right away go up to him and get him his stuff. I don’t know if it’s because I’m not black or what. Terrible service I’m at Starbucks everyday if not almost everyday. There was literally 3 workers and not one said anything. Terrible servic. Train your staff to atleast acknowledge customers. I work in customer sercice and could never think of ignoring a customer. so I left empty-handed

Normally, this store is very good on my orders. Not tonight. I ordered my usual, Peppermint mocha Venti hot, took home and discovered the staff left out the Peppermint. At $7.50 each, the drink should be what you order, especially close to closing time.
