This store unionized a couple years ago (I think it was two) and a lot of things went downhill as union busting caused turnover. Ordered two drinks at this location, the frozen was crafted correctly, the hot drink was incorrect. When we bought it to the barista's attention, she gave push back stating it had to be crafted that way to stay hot. We specifically requested no foam and 60% was foam. It took 15 minutes to get another person to remake the drink because she walked away when we asked to have it remade.The fun going cashier and second helpful and caring barista, saved this location from getting...
