Food is okay not fabulous and there were no employees to take orders. It's completely done by kiosk and that felt off-putting and impersonal. Not a fan.

This was by far dirtiest nastiest fast food place I've been in a long time. The men's rooms had no paper towels and the floors were sticky.... Just nasty

Went through the drive through and after 20 minutes of waiting the food came out and the order was wrong. The server argued so we ordered what we were supposed to get and took another 20 minutes and our other food got cold.

90% of the time my food is correct, and when it isn’t Riley’s positive attitude makes up for it.
I always know. I’m in for good service when he gets on the intercom and says “ Hi, my name is Riley. What can I make for you today?” He does a very good job

Messed up order twice and did no remake burger for 10 minutes. Terrible service for the price

Double steak burger was good. chili cheese fries were good also - I got the medium and there was a lot in the basket and plenty of cheese and chili on the fries. Just wish there were napkins in the dispenser!

STAY AWAY- THE WORST! 20 min for food (order filled wrong) and 35 min for a shake that was not what I ordered. Told the staff and they YELLED at me!? The server got up in my face. Seriously think the entire staff was tweeking/high. The place was a total mess and no one was being served. A real Twilight Zone experience.
1 star is too good of a review.

40 minutes to get a hamburger, dine in. 1 working kiosk to order your own food. No ketchup, no napkins. Need to scan a QR code for your drink.

Waited an hour for my food my friends waited an hour and fifteen minutes for theirs. The food itself wasn’t bad but the service was less then helpful and they were kinda rude.

Went inside to eat tonight.
No more getting waited on at the table. No more looking over a menu at the table.
Now you order via a kiosk by yourself. Pay before you get the food.
And they want a tip at pymt time.
(I refused as I usually leave cash for tips and having been a former server/bartender for years, I usually leave hefty tips)
Then get your name called to pick up your food and you serve/pour your own drinks.
No servers anymore, so glad I didn't tip ahead of time.
And while it's edible
I don't know if I would say that the chili mac is exactly how I remembered it.

The one night the staff were kind, professional and went above and beyond with their service. Since it was late and my good experience with them the previous night, I decided to go back tonight for a grilled cheese. Same experience. The employees did a wonderful job at customer service both nights at the window. They both were very kind, happy, and provided me with the best service at a restaurant I've had in a long time. The food was hot both nights, tasted fresh. I'd recommend this steak and shake here.
