I requested two queen beds only to find out they had overbooked. Had to settle for a king size bed with a pullout. The pullout was smaller than a twin size bed. Plus, no bedding was supplied. There was no maid service at night, so the front desk provided bedding. I don't think overbooking is a good policy, since my reservation said "guaranteed." Additionally, breakfast is served at a bistro. Eggs were $15!
I have been staying at this Marriott Courtyard location 2x/week since December 2022 to date. Excellent, Excellent customer service! The staff, each and every one of them was extremely friendly, professional, kind and extremely accommodating. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. I highly recommend this location when traveling too or through Peoria, IL
Walked in, very clean environment, pool is new and very clean well maintained. Has a very nice bar and bistro. Bartender was extremely nice and gave great recommendations on places to eat and places to visit since we are traveling out of state and just looking for fun places to see. Overall excellent experience looking to come back again sometime.

Outdated property. As advertised-bistro, gym and pool were not open due to covid. They were almost completely out of market items. They did have a couple bags of Doritos that were past their expiration date....lol. Tom at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Carpet in the room was well worn. Not a ton of Marriott options in Peoria.
The hotel is a bit hidden off a street with only access to the mall parking lot. It was difficult to find in the dark; however, once found it was a convenient location close to the tournament and restaurants.
Checked into the Courtyard across from Northwoods mall for overnight stay. Very clean and a great value. The overnight clerk, Joy, was very pleasant and welcoming. Would be even better if sone amenities were open like breakfast nook and gym (COVID related). Would easily recommend this location for business and family stays. Happy to be a club member for sure!
I like it here, great food & service. Staff treated us so kindly. The place has a great feel to it. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.
I will start by saying that the staff here was friendly and pleasant to interact with. However, it was apparent that they were inexperienced working under pressure in a food service capacity and they didn't operate under any clear system to take orders, prepare food in a timely manner and then keep track of/communicate with customers to get them their orders.
Great service. Good breakfast , snacks and Starbucks coffee

I went there this morning and service was terrible. The 2 people in front of me could not even get their order in without the 2 girls behind the counter interrupting them to talk to each other about how to do things. When I finally gave my order which I was interrupted because a lady 2 before me wanted a receipt and they told her cash orders do not automatically get a receipt? I made my order & they gave me a number & said they would bring it to my table. 20 minutes later I went up to counter & it was just sitting there - cold & I had to say is this my order and they said yes so I took it to my table. Not sure I will ever go there again for coffee. I will just stick to thirty thirty for coffee.
