completely gluten free health-focused restaurant, cute vibe and friendly staff. they are happy to turn the vegetarian dishes into vegan dishes upon request. the nachos are vegan by default and very tasty!

This is the second time I have had this server and both times he was awful. The first time he stood behind the bar on his phone the entire time. Yesterday he brought my food and walked away without asking if I needed anything else. He never checked back and I was the only customer. When I asked for the check he asked if I wanted the rest of my wine in a to-go cup!
My first experience at The Queen of Squash was excellent. I was greeted upon entry, didn't have to wait to be seated, and the waitress was very attentive. I was particularly impressed with the service considering that the restaraunt is currently looking for extra help. The flavors in the Southwest Bowl were great and it was my first time having jackfruit substituted for pulled pork. One item of note, this establishment does not do cash.
