It really depends on what time of day, and who is working, (i.e. the store owners vs regular employees) but the quality definitely fluctuates at this store . Everything overall is great. The chicken and flavors are delicious, the wait times aren't too terrible as long as you don't go in around dinner rush. Fries are good. Wouldn't recommend if you want to avoid greasy food tho.
The food is great, but the service is always slow. I usually order online and wait about 20 min after my pick-up time to go into the store. It's always a maze of customers standing around waiting. It's hard to tell who should be next to be waited on.
