Just left this fine establishment. Lol. Waited at the bar for anyone to acknowledge me, not 1 person in the dining room. 4 total people at the bar. Apparently they are too busy in back. 2 employees walked out of the kitchen and didn’t even say a word. I just moved to the area and not a great first impression at all. Not gonna waste my time when there are plenty of other options.

Went here 8/19/23 walked passed 2 employees. Only looked at me kinda funny. Walked through the restaurant seen a sign that read,"order in grocery store. Walked past another employee only staring. Checking out my wife. We should have left at this point. We gave it a chance anyway. Ordered food. I was paying cash and they couldn't get in the register. Manager C. Walked through from grocery store. Flirted a little. Girls didn't want to be bothered. They asked him for help. He walked away telling them to use Brandon's numbers 19-8. Finally go to sit. Had to sit in grocery section. Table was dirty. Seats and floor were dirty. People only standing around looking at us like we are inconveniencing them. OK got food. Cold burgers took a couple bites and had a chunk of dirt in it. We walked out at that point. Charge you up front so it does no good to complain. I'll probably never try another Walburgers. Almost $50. For 2 of us.

We went for lunch and we were excited to try it. We got in, went around the corner and ordered our food. The wait staff and the people at the counterwere very pleasant and nice. We ordered two adult meals and two kids meals and I personally were shocked it was over $50. So we sat after we got our drinks, waited for our food. And the food was just okay. Nothing to rave about unfortunately. I got the double cheeseburger and my wife got the hamburger with the PBJ and it was just okay. Unfortunately nothing to rave about, nothing out of the ordinary. My daughter liked hers. Was hoping for a better food experience for the price that we paid. The wait staff again was very pleasant nice but the overall experience just did not overwhelm like we were hoping.

I ordered a hamburger and sweet potato tots as well a fountain drink. I am glad I ordered my hamburger medium well because it was cooked excellent well done would have been over cooked. Sweet potato tots were better than Red Robin's sweet potato fries and I love those. We walked into resturant and thought they were closed but you order in the grocery store.

I want to thank the florist department for their kindness and thoughtfulness. Last weekend I was shopping with my kids and my son began to have a meltdown. The florist department brought him over a balloon and saved the day! This week when we were grocery shopping they noticed my son looking at the flowers and offered him one flower to take with him and he was thrilled! Awesome individuals with kind hearts. Service was extremely slow there and it was my first time. The burger I had was okay and the menu seem to have a variety to choose from. But it took me almost 50 mins to get an order that was messed up.
I'm basing this on the comparison with the flagship store in Massachusetts. The food was very good. Very very loud inside between the people cheering in the music we ate on the other side. The waiter could not find us with our food. One of the service people had to go find him.Parking: The parking lot was full. We had to drive around a while to find an open space. They share the parking lot with a supermarket

Honestly, have quickly come to love this place! It's a great option for before or after a movie at AMC a few blocks away, and the food is just good. I will say, the young man working the counter is more polite and seemed to get the order correct without needing to repeat things, or having to listen to various complaints as he had none.The ice machines for the soda fountain inside of HyVee where you order don't really work, but the Coke machines inside of the restaurant has a good ice machine and a cleaner water tap as we only drink water with meals.They're not fast, but they taste good and are a fair price for what you get. Will come back and add photos if I think to take any next time!Parking: Parking options are great; you've got more handicap options than a lot of places.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible and thanks to the option to enter through HyVee, you don't even have to bother with a door.

We went here twice in one week, well, Thursday. It was pretty good. The first time I ordered medium well done and got a medium rare hamburger. Second time, I ordered well done and got a medium well done, so, it worked. But, both burgers were pretty good. The first time I ordered, I got bacon Mac and cheese. Eh, not horrible but not great either. Also, got onion straws and those were awesome!

We walked in and the line was 26 deep. But, that could be a good sign. However, not the case here. We waited 49 minutes for fast food. That was after checking on things twice. The buns were soggy and fries cold. The appetizer came out with the food. Also, no ice in one self-serve machine, and little to none in the other. Pepsi and Sierra Mist had an issue with the mix. The food itself, when it came to taste was bland and greasy. Save your money and time.
