Flo's was not our first choice of places to eat but we decided to give it a try. Food was over priced, over cooked, and took entirely TOO long to get delivered to our table. Servers were accommodating but overwhelmed. Very disappointed. Most times, those hole in the wall places really are good places to eat, this was not one of those places. UPDATE! Best Prime Rib in the Illinois Valley! Dare I say the best prime rib I’ve ever had? Highly recommend, but definitely make a reservation.
Paid $16 for a tenderloin that looked like it sat for at LEAST an hour, and got a side of moldy cheese. Lovely service, won't be getting mine again any time soon. Any other establishment would offer a refund for mold on their food, or at the bare minimum a replacement
