The food here is some of the best around! They make take-out orders that are quick and convenient for last minute lunch or dinner options. We have also used them to cater one of our small family get-togethers and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved the brisket and the homemade chips. My wife and I love going on date nights here. Go for the barbecue, stay for the bread pudding! Everything was delicious
As much as I love the food at the Wooden Tie, the main reason we go there is for their wonderful salads. However, this last visit we ordered a large salad, the salad dressing was so watered down I could not eat it without splashing the dressing all over me. It just ruins a salad when the dressing is so watered down.
If we do visit The Wooden Tie again, I will take my own Ranch dressing from home. Eating out is just too expensive to ruin great food like that.
