“Just stopped by for some lemonade and cinnamon pretzel nuggets. Meghana C. was super friendly. The lemonade was delicious (as usual) and the pretzel nuggets were also great! After reading the sign on their window and some of these reviews, I can’t believe that they even have to explain wait times and kindness/patience to grown adults. We spent way less than 10 minutes in the drive thru from start to finish, received friendly service and great tasting food. How can you find something to complain about? I will continue to support this location even if there is a wait because I would love for them to stick around for a long time.“

“I had an amazing experience at the Cinnabon in Louis Joliet Mall today! Destinee and Kiara were absolutely incredible. They had a sale going on — buy two, get one free — and at first I wasn’t interested. But their personalities and customer service were so on point that they talked me right into it.

They were patient, kind, and really made me feel welcomed. I even asked for the middle bun because it looked soft and gooey, and they let me know it was fresh out of the oven. They weren’t kidding — the heat was coming straight through the bag!

I was there was there over 50 MIN waiting for them to try to give a refund . Employee very sarcastic and gave me a thumbs up when i said i was going to give bad reviews online. I asked for something free for waiting and they acted like they were doing me a favor giving me samples to take home, she said i thought you did keto, I said yes but i can give it to my family. Talked to the owner today he called me. He was angry and defensive the whole time. He is very rude! Needs to take an anger management class. Your employees should know the ingredients in your products, what if someone had an allergy and became ill because of wrong information given. I was told the gluten free flour was made from almond flour. Had I not come back in because I forgot something i wouldnt have known that wasnt true. All they needed to do was exchange one bread for another instead of trying to refund me unsuccessfully and then recharging me.“
