“I'm not really sure what everyone else is talking about because these people were the nicest people I've ever met.
We went in for some baked goods for breakfast and they had such a great selection! We couldn't decide what to get and we're college students so price was a big thing. The lady (who I'm guessing was the owner) was extremely nice and told us to get what we want and then she'll decide the price afterwards. We got a student discount and got SO many treats! We are genuinely so grateful we came here because we were able to save a lot of money but still try the goodies. Thank you guys so much! ❤️“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“I called at the last minute for a delivery ( I live in Ohio ) found Creme by Ashley on line ! I called her and she was helpful, cheerful, and was able to deliver cupcakes for a birthday same day !!! She sent me pictures of what she sent out and they looked incredible ! She was unable to find the recipient at address i gave her and she called me I called the recipient and she waited for them to get to door. Forever grateful I found a caring person who delivered..I heard from recipient incredible tasting cupcakes !!! “Paris Baguette is one of the best pastry places around. While the do have multiple locations around Chicago and it's suburbs, the products they serve are top notch. They have many drinks from simple coffee beverages to more extravagant ones. Paris Baguette also offers full cakes and some cold sandwiches for a quick lunch. All in all, worth a drive to experience what they have to offer.“

We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. Great customer service and love that you can pick up popular Filipino individually wrapped pastries or fresh cakes/slices as needed here. Prices are decent, not too high nor low. Their display case always features their freshly made rolls and cakes. I did not try their Halo-Halo (almost $8!) but I'm sure it is delicious too. I'm still very impressed with how responsive the owner, Norma, was to my emails and appreciate how thoughtful she was. She asked if I wanted to include a personal message to my sisters and brother-in-law, and I found out today that all of them really enjoyed the cupcakes. I can only imagine how hard it must be for small businesses like this one during these unprecedented times, but I'm glad that I was able to surprise my sisters and support them at the same time. I'm really looking forward to trying their baked goods in person one day!“
