When deciding on a cake, I gave the bakery a Pinterest photo of my dream wedding cake — and they absolutely 💯 delivered. Not only did the cake look stunning (every detail was exactly how I envisioned it), but it tasted even better than it looked! We went with a chocolate raspberry mousse flavor, and it was rich, moist, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just delicious and fresh! The ladies at the bakery are easy to work with and price was very reasonable.

Chef George provided all the necessary instruction and supplies - including a lively starter - for students to start their own sourdough journey at home. The class included hands-on experience feeding the starter, as well as folding and shaping the dough. “I live on the East Coast with family in the area so I am in a few times a year. This is one place I insist on going every time. The donuts are truly amazing, think the early days of Krispy Kreme, light and fluffy then this place picks it up considerably. This time I had a Pineapple donut, which I did not know was a thing, it was so good it hurt Two pieces of advice for visitors.
1. However many you get be prepared to eat them all.
2. For those giving stupid 1 star reviews because they felt like a donut at noon, can't blame you but still, understanding the perishable food industry would help. They just can't keep making donuts all day since they don't carry over well at all. Get out of the rack and go get these delicious donuts in the early AM as nature intended.
To the owners, great job, perhaps change the posted hours to reflect you close when sold out, which occurs daily. That would help satisfy the 1 PM donut eaters who will just need to get moving.“
