The curry chicken bun had a phenomenal flavor and the bun itself was also very soft and almost sweet! My favorite combination! However, I do wish there was an option to request the savory buns be warmed up. I didn’t know they weren’t warmed l, I assumed they were. The flavor was there anyway. 10/10. The matcha sweet top bun was my other favorite item. I’ve never tasted any bread with its texture before. Firm yet soft. We tried the chocolate chip cookie and it had big chunks of chocolate and a very good flavor. It was a big cookie that could be shared by two people. “I have been looking for a Mexican bakery in Garfield ridge area with good conchas. If a bakery messes up a concha then the rest of the bread is not good!! There are very few places that make good concha's I only know two. One in Pilsen -Nuevo Leon and one on Harlem and Armitage - La Central bakery. Well I stopped at Acapulco bakery and did the concha test. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy to say not only did they have a delicious concha but their hojarascas hearts were also delicious and very flavorful. 100 percent recommend this place! Best part is they have the mini conchas.“
