“It was my first time at cinnabon. I did not understand the menu or know what to get. The employee was very helpful asking me what type flavors do I like and suggested the caramel pecan bun which was great because I like sweet and salty. She also saw me with other shopping bags and asked if I would like a plastic bag to hold everything together to make it easier on me. Such great service“

“I recently visited Auntie Anna Chicago Ridge Mall and I have to say it was a delightful experience! The pretzels were absolutely delicious-soft , warm and perfect baked. they offer a variety of flavors from classic salted to sweet almond. Each pretzel is made a fresh order and you can taste the difference in quality. The staff were also incredibly friendly and efficient, even though it was a bit busy they serve my order with a smile and got it ready and no time. I would recommend if you’re craving a tasty snack while shopping.“

“I got the abuelita tres leches cake. The best tres leches cake I’ve had in the city. Flavor and texture of the slice were phenomenal. Also tried out the horchata latte which was also very delicious. “I went for the first time today (FOR SCIENCE!) and pretty much bought one of everything baked (plus an iced cold brew). I can't find a single negative thing to say, aside from wishing I'd bought more! Friendly folks at and behind the counter. The ham and cheese croissants were amazing as was the mushroom Danish! I don't even particularly like BLTs, but theirs was lovely! The almond, strawberry, and chocolate croissants (that's three separate things...) were out of this world! Welcome! “Yesterday I took the Sourdough Breadmaking Class with Chef George at The Ancestral Oven and I just pulled an amazing loaf of bread out of my home oven 24 hours later! Chef George provided all the necessary instruction and supplies - including a lively starter - for students to start their own sourdough journey at home. The class included hands-on experience feeding the starter, as well as folding and shaping the dough. I had a great time at the class and can't wait to return to try out the breakfast and lunch menu at The Ancestral Oven Bakery and Cafe.“

When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“Crumble. Great tasting cookie, horrible for you. Not a fan of the Tinley Park location. Closed Sundays n then cookies are so thick they cook funny n get hard fast. Not like other locations alot thicker of a cookie. Ends up cooking funny due to the thickness as well. Makes it not as fresh like my normal crumble. Unless they were sitting due to the new everyday flavors. Which its about time crumble. Try the pink icing cookie, love it. Be ready for a sugar rush, possibly too much. I love it but not the best for you.“

“Really affordable Chinese bakery if you want to avoid the rush of Chinatown (but still better than like, the bakery inside of Park to Shop etc). Very affordable too, esp if you bring cash to avoid the credit card fee. The curry bun, hot dog bun, coconut custard bun, egg tarts, sugar top buns like matcha crack top, are our standard orders. They make a good customizable iced coffee (e.g., can get it with no sweetener) too. We have never had anything that isn’t fresh.“

“I know this is supposed to be to be a bakery but I come at least once or twice a month with my kids for lunch. Sheila makes a mean deli sandwich with all the goods. They have the perfect giardiniera. Of course, I can’t leave without a few cookies. So thankful I found this hidden local gem.“

“I do think these are the best donuts in Chicago area, or that I've ever had, specifically the glaze and the chocolate. I'm from Texas and have high standards for simple yeast donuts. The Chicago area is really lacking in independent donut shops, so when I found these, I was so happy. I found the original D&Ds location a couple of years ago, but was happy when this location opened as it's closer to me. There is a very professional and kind young man that we've seen work the register at the shop a couple of times, and the owner always offers up samples to newbies, so the service here is great. The food and service are truly 5 stars.
The only downfall of this place is, as other reviews have mentioned, there have been multiple times I've tried to come during business hours, and they are unexpectedly closed for the day. And I'm left heartbroken. To avoid this, I would definitely call before heading there. I won't stop going because I truly believe in their product, but I definitely won't head there unless I've confirmed they're open.“

“I called at the last minute for a delivery ( I live in Ohio ) found Creme by Ashley on line ! I called her and she was helpful, cheerful, and was able to deliver cupcakes for a birthday same day !!! She sent me pictures of what she sent out and they looked incredible ! She was unable to find the recipient at address i gave her and she called me I called the recipient and she waited for them to get to door.
